At Sitara, we strive to ensure that you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle free 24-hour return policy after the successful delivery of your order. Please review our guidelines below:

Returns & Exchanges

• You may return your item within 24 to 48 hours of delivery [2 days] for an exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges once this period has passed.
• We do not offer money back refunds, but you may exchange your product for any other item available on our website within 10 Business Days.
  Exchange delivery will be done within 10 business days.
• If you do not wish to exchange your item immediately, the full value of your returned product will be credited to your Sitara account, which you can use for shopping within one year from the return date.
• If you prefer, we can also generate a store credit valid for six months, which you can use anytime within this period for any product on our website.
  We do not offer any refunds 

Eligibility for Returns

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Any product that is returned in a different condition may incur a penalty.
• Certain items are non-returnable, including customized or personalized pieces.
• In case of receiving a damaged or defective item, we will gladly offer an exchange or return for the faulty product.
