1. Shipping Time & Processing

  • We process all orders within 1-3 business days after confirmation.
  • Delivery times vary based on location:
  • Standard Shipping Delivery : 5-7 business days
    2-4 business days (available at checkout)
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow your package in real-time.

3. Delayed or Lost Packages

  • If your package is delayed or missing, reach out to us at customercare.sitarajewels@gmail.com  and we’ll work quickly to resolve it.
  • In rare cases of shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, carrier issues), we’ll keep you updated.

4. International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping. If available, shipping times and charges will be displayed at checkout.

5. Address Errors & Returns

  • Please double check your shipping address before placing an order! If there’s a mistake, contact us ASAP.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for resending the package.
